Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may be unable to process a refund unless required by applicable law.
Refunds are granted when services have not been substantially used or accessed. If a subscription has been partially used, a prorated refund may be considered at MORVATHEN’s discretion. Abuse of the refund system may result in denial of future refund requests.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Services fully delivered or completed
• Custom or personalized services
• Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable
• Requests submitted beyond the stated timeframe
